• Experienced IBMi Operator.

• Previously worked on various IBMi based systems including System and Methods Icebreak and IceQuery, Interform, Crown FM&C

• Work with end-users and business analysts to develop technical specifications.

• Maintain and/or create custom interfaces.

• Create reports, data file extracts, and/or data conversion.

• Analyse user requirements for new or modified programs to determine feasibility and compatibility with current system.

• Prepare detailed specifications.
  Support and develop enhancements to various applications.
  Support existing applications.

• Maintenance of existing systems.

• PRINCE2 Practitioner.

• Installation and maintenance of Servers, Desktop computers and Laptops.

• Support of various Microsoft operating systems and applications including Office 365 & Hyper-V.
